Introduction

CallWeaver supports two different types of Queue applications. The first and preferred one is ICD (Intelligent Call Distributor), the other is app_queue inherited from Asterisk.

Can someone provide eamples of how to use ICD? We really need this before forcing users to try it. Right now there is very limited documentation on ICD.

app_queue

App_queue is the Queue application we inherited from Asterisk.
