Debian etc/init.d/callweaver file can conform to LSB init [r1] by adding

Callweaver’s debian package requires package callweaver-sounds. The builder for this package requires these changes to work: the addition of a dummy makefile, a change to the debian/rules file to put the 8k sounds into the directory specified by callweaver.conf defaults, and a change to the install file to strip off the en_US also for the same reason. Because of two faults in changeset 5193 branches/rel/1.2, the dpkg-buildpackage -b fails to build debian packages for callweaver. The two patches below allow the command to succeed.

This includes a fix mentioned in another ticket to callweaver-zaptel.install.

Hi,

I have updated all the libraries and spandsp to latest 0.0.5 version. Last year September version was one of the last versions I could successfully compile on this system. Yesterdays SVN version does not compile and quits with the below errors. Is this a bug?
